How do I book my first appointment?
Use the booking section above to pick a service and time. You'll get an email confirmation. First-time clients get 15% off — the discount auto-applies.
Do you require a deposit?
Services 90 minutes or longer require a 25% deposit at booking. It goes toward your service total — no extra cost.
What's your cancellation policy?
24 hours notice please. Less than 24 hours forfeits the deposit. Same-day no-shows are charged 50% of the service.
How long does balayage take?
Plan for 3–4 hours for full balayage, 2–2.5 for partial.
Do you offer color consultations?
Yes — free 15-minute consults for color corrections, vivids, and extensions. Reply to your booking confirmation email to set one up.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — email us or ask at your next appointment.
How should I prep for my appointment?
Come with clean, dry hair unless told otherwise. Bring inspiration photos if you have them.
Can I bring a photo of what I want?
Please do. The clearer your reference, the better we can match it — or tell you honestly if your hair won't get there in one session.
Do you take walk-ins?
